What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Any returnable item must be shipped back at the buyers expense in the the original sealed condition and the same packaging it was shipped in.
If the return is an error on our part we shall cover the cost of the return postage.
You have a 14 day returns period for all qualifying returns and the 14 days start from the day after the goods are received.
Please note not all items are returnable, please read the description of each item prior to purchasing.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. All returns must be sealed and in the same condition they were received.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped the next working day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
